Service Agreement

This agreement is made between you (the client) and Capital City Marketing Agency (“we”, “us” or “our”). By agreeing to this document, you accept the terms set out below.

Our Offer

We will optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of placing your business in the Google Maps top 3 for your agreed main service and target area within 90 days.

Scope of Services

• Complete audit, setup and optimization of your Google Business Profile
• Custom hyper-local landing pages for each target service area
• A strategic review generation system
• Weekly post planning, including content strategy
• Competitive analysis and clear positioning in your local market
• Rank tracking across Google Search, Google Maps and AI search platforms, with weekly progress updates
• Ongoing support, optimization and adjustments throughout the 90 days

What We Need From You

We need secure access to your Google Business Profile and, where relevant, your website. We will tell you before making any major changes. Once payment is completed, we will send detailed instructions on how to give us the access we need.

If your business has not reached the Google Maps top 3 for your agreed main service and target area within 90 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it does. Billing resumes from the next billing cycle after that goal is reached.

Exclusivity

While we work together, we will not take on other businesses from your industry in the same target area.

Contract Length

There are no long-term lock-in contracts. We earn each following month by showing you your rankings and enquiries.

Next Steps

After you agree to these terms, you will receive an invoice for the agreed price. Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer
• Debit or credit card

Within 24 hours of receiving payment, you will get an onboarding email with all further steps.
